Position Description
Radio Lollipop is seeking enthusiastic pre-health undergraduate and postbac students to join their volunteer team at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. Volunteers will engage directly with pediatric patients through play, crafts, music, storytelling, and live radio hosting to bring joy and comfort to young patients during their hospital stay.
This is a unique opportunity for those interested in healthcare careers to gain hands-on experience in a pediatric clinical setting, while developing vital skills in empathy, communication, and patient care.
Responsibilities Include

Interacting with children and families at bedside and in common areas

Organizing and leading creative activities

Hosting fun, child-friendly segments on Radio Lollipop’s in-house broadcast

Collaborating with hospital staff to ensure a safe, engaging environment for all patients
Position Requirements

Must be a current undergraduate or postbac pre-health student

Must demonstrate compassion, creativity, and professionalism
