These opportunities give students the chance to share their perspectives, provide feedback, and help shape Columbia Health programs and resources.
Current opportunities include:
- Men’s Engagement Task Force: Explore social norms related to masculinity and power, barriers to accessing resources, gender equity, bystander engagement, and support for male-identified or masculine survivors. Open to students of all genders. Meets biweekly from October through April.
- Health Insurance Feedback Group: Provide feedback on proposed updates to the 2027–28 Columbia student health insurance plan. Meets one to two times per month from November through February.
- Student Orientation Video Feedback Group: Review Columbia Health’s student orientation video and share feedback on what incoming students should know about health resources and services. Meets one to two times per month from September through November.
- Alice! Health Promotion Exploratory Group: Share feedback on student awareness and understanding of Alice! Health Promotion services to help improve how these resources are communicated. Meets two to three times total between October and March.
Students interested in participating should complete the SHAC Student Interest Form by Friday, August 28.
