Join Us for Columbia Family Days and Homecoming

October 05, 2022

Later this month, the School of General Studies will welcome alumni, students, and their family members to join us for Family Days and Homecoming. The weekend includes a number of events that provide an opportunity to further connect with the entire Columbia University community.

On the morning of October 22, GS families are invited to breakfast with fellow students and alumni, accompanied by an engaging lecture and discussion with Columbia professor Alfredo Spagna, PhD, Lecturer in the Discipline of Psychology and Director of Undergraduate Studies in Neuroscience & Behavior.

In the afternoon, attend GS’s family-friendly Homecoming lunch to enjoy finger foods, desserts, and refreshments with fellow members of our community. Attendees will also have the chance to test their skills at cornhole and giant Jenga, swing through the new Beer Garden section, and pick up GS swag while seeing old friends.

After lunch, GS alumni, students, and their family members are invited to top off the day by cheering on the Columbia Lions at the Homecoming football game against Dartmouth.
