Intrapreneurial Leadership Fellows Program

The Intrapreneurial Leadership Fellows Program is a unique opportunity for women student veterans and service members at the Columbia School of General Studies and Barnard College students to connect across personal and professional experiences, and develop the skills, confidence, and relationships they need to lead change in their post-undergraduate lives.

Intrapreneurs change systems from within—they innovate inside organizations.

Join us to learn how experienced intrapreneurs have approached this challenge in their organizations and learn from each other in this new community of practice. Fellows gather over the 2022-2023 academic year to connect across personal and professional experiences and develop the skills, confidence, and relationships needed to lead change in your post-undergraduate lives. 

Fellows receive a stipend of $500 and meet in-person on Fridays from 2–4 p.m. Please note that fellows are expected to attend each session.
