After the morning events, over 80 GS alumni and their guests enjoyed the annual Homecoming luncheon at Columbia University’s Baker Athletics Complex. Guests were offered a fully catered lunch while they mingled with family and friends under the sun.
“It’s really so heartwarming to have the whole community out here today,” said Aviva Zablocki, Director of Alumni Relations. “It was a long two years that we couldn’t be together, and all of us are thrilled to have our GS alumni, students, and loved ones enjoying the day.”
The warm weather made it an ideal occasion for guests to enjoy the outdoor lawn activities available, including giant Jenga and cornhole. Roar-ee the Lion made a customary appearance and Columbia’s cheerleading squad performed for all the attendees.
