Giving Day is an annual online fundraising event that encourages the global Columbia community to come together to support the University’s schools and programs. October 26 marked Columbia University's eleventh annual Giving Day.
Thanks to the enthusiastic engagement of our treasured community, GS came in first place among its peer schools in the Overall Dollar Challenge for the third consecutive year.
Across the University, Columbians changed lives that change the world, raising $29,999,683 through 19,229 gifts for the causes, schools, and programs that support the University's students and further its global mission of research, teaching, patient care, and partnerships to solve the pressing challenges of our time, from climate change to social justice, and more.
