The Columbia Reunion team is seeking enthusiastic, accountable, and computer-savvy student workers for Reunion Weekend 2026! Each year, thousands of alumni return to campus for Reunion to connect with old friends, hear from faculty, and enjoy our captivating programming. First-years, sophomores, and juniors from CC, SEAS, and GS who will be in the NYC area are encouraged to apply and take part in this experience.
Reunion Weekend runs from Thursday, May 28, 2026, through Saturday, May 30, 2026. Student workers are needed for the weekend and on May 26, May 27, and June 1.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and checking in alumni and guests at registration tables on campus
- Printing name badges and distributing lanyards, pins, and giveaway items
- Picking up and delivering materials to event locations on campus
- Assisting alumni with directions or questions about Reunion
- Packing, loading, and moving event supplies (boxes may be heavy)
- Troubleshooting registration issues
- Other duties as assigned
Student workers must attend one (either) of the following virtual trainings (if hired, you will be compensated for the training):
- Tues., May 12
- Wed., May 13
Hours and shifts* will vary, but the following times are anticipated:
- Tuesday, May 26, 2026: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 27, 2026: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Thursday, May 28, 2026: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (a.m. / p.m. shifts available)
- Friday, May 29, 2026: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (a.m. / p.m. shifts available)
- Saturday, May 30, 2026: 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. (a.m. / p.m. shifts available)
- Monday, June 1, 2026: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
*Meal breaks and food will be provided during shifts.
Compensation
$21 per hour
