Professor John Horgan ’82, ’83JRN, Head of Science Writings at the Stevens Institute of Technology, presents his investigation of the role of anthropology, sociology, and human psychology in an effort to attain world peace in his new book The End of War.
Horgan has written four books and received several awards for his writing, including the National Association of Science Writers Science-in-Society Award. Professor Horgan received a B.A. in English from the Columbia University School of General Studies and an M.S. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
