The First Annual GS Research Festival will celebrate the wide-ranging curiosity of GS student researchers.
The Festival begins in late March as a special exhibit in the Peter J. Awn GS Student Lounge. Visitors will find vivid images submitted by GS student researchers. They will discover connections among the projects and test their knowledge against the images on display.
The Festival ends in early April with a reception. Everyone’s invited. GS student researchers will talk about their work and there will be prizes for researchers and visitors to the exhibit.
The Festival dates are:
Exhibit: Monday, April 14 through Friday, April 25, 2025, GS Student Lounge
Reception: Friday, April 25, 2025, 2 - 4 p.m., GS Student Lounge
You are welcome to contribute to the Festival if you are doing sustained work on an academic question. Are you writing a long paper or senior thesis? Assisting with a professor’s book project? Helping out in a lab? Then you’re doing research and the Festival is for you! Submit this participation form by Friday, April 4: First Annual GS Research Festival
