Position Description & Requirements
- Work with a diverse team of Junior Marshals and GS administrators
- Foster a welcoming environment for graduates, their families, and special guests
- Assist staff members with various tasks to ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly
- Assist staff from Disability Services to accommodate guests with accessibility needs
- Interact with guests by answering questions and guiding them to their seats
- Greet VIP guests in a professional manner
- Work with the graduating class to ensure they are prepared to begin the ceremony
- Assist in the set-up of additional materials at the stage and seating areas

Junior Marshal Training
- Thurs., April 27, 2 - 3:30 p.m., 313 Fayerweather Hall
- Fri., May 12, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., Location TBA
GS Class Day
- Mon., May 15, 5 - 11:30 a.m., Butler Lawn
