Three years ago, the New York City Ballet dancer and owner of fitness company Ballet Beautiful Helen Bowers ’08GS got a chance to train Natalie Portman for her role in the film Black Swan. At 26, Bowers came to Columbia University and graduated early with a degree in English literature.
