With 30 years of experience managing billions on Wall Street at Carlyle, OppenheimerFunds, and Morgan Stanley, Chang developed deep expertise in private equity, hedge funds, and global wealth management, earning multiple investment performance awards, including recognition from Forbes and InvestHedge.
Today, Chang leverages this investment management experience to create broader impact. She leads a lithium mining investment initiative in Somaliland that supports U.S.-Taiwan strategic alignment while fostering job creation and infrastructure development in the region. She also structures ESG investment products and educates the next generation of asset managers as Chair Professor and Vice Dean at National Sun Yat-sen University. In addition, Chang founded ZiVA Wealth, a financial education platform for women, serves on the Columbia GS Board of Visitors, and advises governments on the use of investment as a tool of diplomacy.
