Keith J.D. Hightower, J.D., M.EdT., B.A. is the Founder Chief Dispute Resolution Officer of Resolve it Nevada, LLC, an alternative dispute resolution firm established in 2020. As a conflict resolution strategist, Keith has been recognized for his exceptional interpersonal and diplomacy skills, having mediated over 900 cases where he guided participants to outcomes that saved hundreds of families from eviction, resolved over a million dollars in past due rent, and saved courts time and resources by reducing caseloads. Keith previously directed the government affairs and corporate relationships at Teach For America Las Vegas where he advocated for educational equity for all children regardless of their zip code.
