GS students are invited to attend an excursion to Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey, the area's largest and most popular theme park. Tickets will go on sale on at 7:00 p.m. on March 27th. Tickets are $17 each. Food and beverages will be available at the park for purchase. Round trip transportation will be provided with the bus departing from 117th Street and Broadway. GS Student Life Subsidized Tickets
The GS Student Life Office provides the opportunity for GS students to request from a limited pool of subsidized tickets to events throughout the school year, sponsored by both recognized Student Groups and the Student Life office, in order support those with financial need.
Applicants seeking a subsidized ticket may either be a current full-time or part-time GS student. All requests will be reviewed by GS Student Life staff members. Subsidized ticket requests for this event are due by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26. Students will be notified by Noon on Wednesday, March 27 if they were selected for a subsidized ticket. Students selected for a subsidized ticket will receive 1 ticket free of charge and will have until 3 p.m. on Friday, March 29 to claim their ticket. If a ticket is not claimed, it will be released. Please note, you should only submit ONE ticket request (multiple requests will not be accepted, nor will requests be accepted if you have already purchased a full-priced ticket).
