Students are invited to attend an information session to learn more about a new graduate internship offered by the European Parliament. EU Parliamentarian Catarina Caldeira da Silva will cover the structure of the internship, which focuses on learning how European Institutions work, especially the European Parliament, the EPP Party, and EPP Group, as well as how European legislation is shaped.
During this internship trainees will write and deliver a brief paper on a given subject under the guidance of Ms. Caldeira da Silva. A maximum of five interns per year will be accepted. Internships will last for 3 months (although 2-month assignments are also possible) and take place in Brussels. Interns will travel 1-2 times to Strasbourg (mission expenses are paid by the EPP Group) where the EP plenary sessions are taking place.
