Set positive intentions alongside fellow GS classmates during this creative gratitude jar crafting session with GS Dean of Students Marlyn Delva.
During this gathering, you will decorate and paint your own gratitude jar to use throughout the year ahead. Any time you experience something you're grateful for, write it down on a small slip of paper and place it in your jar. Over time, you'll build a physical collection of meaningful moments that you can revisit whenever you need encouragement, comfort, or a reminder of joyful times.
As you craft, join the roundtable conversation to connect about your experiences, life at Columbia University both in and out of the classroom, personal goals, concerns, and more. Coffee will be served, and all materials will be provided.
