Following the performances, Dean Lisa Rosen-Metsch '90GS will lead a conversation with professional actress Rachel Ticotin ‘19GS, as they explore the path of being an artist in the Columbia community and beyond.

About:
Rachel Ticotin '19GS was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. She began her career at the age on nine at City Center in a production of The King and I. She then was one of the founding members of the Ballet Hispanico of New York dance company before she began her acting career in films such as Fort Apache, the Bronx, Total Recall, Con Air, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Man on Fire and Somethings Gotta Give. She has appeared on Broadway and in the regional theater and on television most recently in The Act. She has co-directed the Rising Stars show at the La Guardia High School for the Performing Arts for nine years and hopes to continue working with more students and schools in arts education.
