Have you, as an engineering student, found yourself stuck when applying to opportunities where you’re asked to write an engaging essay that describes your academic background, training, why you want the opportunity and how will the opportunity impact your career path? You’re not alone! Other students bump up against this challenge frequently. Register on LionSHARE for Building A Bridge Between Your Engineering Projects & The Real World l Design Your Next Steps.

This workshop will equip you with strategies to:

  • Identify the most impactful parts of your engineering projects done both in and outside of the classroom
  • Reflect on how your academic interests, passions and classes intersect with the technical skills you’ve learned
  • Think creatively about the ways both your technical skills, passions, interests and academics intersect to develop your personal narrative as an engineer.
