The purpose of this session is to discuss medical school interviews, including:

  2. What expectations you should have

  3. When interviews typically occur

  4. The different formats interviews can take

  5. Their overall purpose

  6. How to present yourself professionally

  7. Common mistaken assumptions

  8. Strategies for handling tricky questions and sensitive topics

  9. What happens after the interview

  10. Resources to help you prepare

All sessions are held online from 10 – 11 a.m. on the dates indicated above.

 

The Application Launchpad Events Series is intended for GS premeds (postbacs and undergrads) who have recently submitted an internal application toward qualifying for committee support this summer for the Entering Class of 2026 (EC26). We hope these discussions of aspects of the application process help to inform individual consultations you may have with your advisor.
