Events

The purpose of this session is to discuss an aspect of the application process that is often overlooked and assumed to somehow take care of itself: how applicants spend their time during the application year when they are not engaged in applicant-related activities. Applicants will be communicating throughout that year with medical schools, especially during interviews. They should be able to draw on their current experiences to support the idea that they belong in medicine. This session will explore various types of pursuits and highlight a few specific opportunities.
