Position Description
The NYU Langone Health/Bellevue Hospital Center Department of Pediatrics is seeking a volunteer research assistant.
Responsibilities include:
- Collecting data
- Enrolling families into research projects
- Performing parent interviews and administration of assessments
- Observing physician and parent communication during family-centered rounds
- Maintaining research data
- Preparing assessment materials
- Organizing study materials
Position Requirements
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Prior research experience
Time Commitment
A minimum of one year, consisting of 8 hours per week (spread over two 4-hour shifts or one 8-hour shift per week).
