Position Description
Eversight Eye Center is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join its team in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. This paid position offers an opportunity for students interested in healthcare to gain hands-on clinical experience while assisting with patient care, ophthalmic examinations, and diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the physician with patient preparation, examinations, and clinical care tasks.
- Perform patient work-ups and diagnostic testing.
- Provide translation services to support communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Assist with ophthalmic procedures and daily clinical operations.
- Support a professional and patient-centered care environment.
Position Requirements
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Burmese.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Proficiency with computer systems.
- Availability to work at least two days per week.
- Commitment to a minimum of one year of continuous employment.
Time Commitment
Minimum of two days per week, with shifts available Saturday through Tuesday. A minimum one-year commitment is required.
Compensation
$18/hour (paid position).
