Administrative / Medical Assistant & Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

Position Description

York Spine and Pain Medicine, a busy pain management and aesthetic clinic on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is seeking a part-time Administrative/Medical Assistant and Social Media Manager. This is a paid opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced medical and aesthetics-focused practice.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing administrative, clinical support, and social media responsibilities in a professional medical setting.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting daily administrative and medical office operations
  2. Assisting with patient coordination and front-office tasks
  3. Using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  4. Helping manage and grow the clinic’s social media presence
  5. Supporting a busy pain management and aesthetic practice

Position Requirements

  1. Experience in a medical office or aesthetic clinic setting preferred
  2. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR)
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  4. Interest in aesthetics and patient-centered care
  5. Detail-oriented and dependable

Time Commitment

Part-time (3–4 days per week), including:

  1. Monday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  2. Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  3. Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

(Ongoing role with at least a one-year commitment)
