Administrative / Medical Assistant & Social Media Manager (Part-Time)
Position Description
York Spine and Pain Medicine, a busy pain management and aesthetic clinic on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is seeking a part-time Administrative/Medical Assistant and Social Media Manager. This is a paid opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced medical and aesthetics-focused practice.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing administrative, clinical support, and social media responsibilities in a professional medical setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily administrative and medical office operations
- Assisting with patient coordination and front-office tasks
- Using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Helping manage and grow the clinic’s social media presence
- Supporting a busy pain management and aesthetic practice
Position Requirements
- Experience in a medical office or aesthetic clinic setting preferred
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in aesthetics and patient-centered care
- Detail-oriented and dependable
Time Commitment
Part-time (3–4 days per week), including:
- Monday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
(Ongoing role with at least a one-year commitment)
Compensation
$20/hour
