Position Description:
The Department of Neurology at NYU Langone Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join its research team supporting the multiple sclerosis (MS) program. This full-time position offers the opportunity to coordinate cutting-edge clinical trials and observational studies in MS and related neurological disorders. The role involves patient-adjacent responsibilities during outpatient clinic visits and requires strong research, regulatory, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:

Administering and overseeing clinical trials and regulatory compliance

Recruiting and consenting study participants

Collecting data during patient visits and assisting in biospecimen collection

Creating and managing research databases
-
Supervising student interns
-
Supporting manuscript and grant preparation
Position Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare-related field
-
Prior experience in a clinical research coordinator role
-
Demonstrated interest or experience in clinical research or patient care
Preferred:
-
Experience with sponsored clinical trials
-
Familiarity with IRB processes and regulatory documentation

Strong data analysis and database management skills
-
Excellent writing skills and an interest in academic publishing and grants
Time Commitment:
Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation:
$72,000 – $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience
