The Cellular Immunotherapy Laboratory at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Harvard Medical School is seeking a research technician. The laboratory focuses primarily on translational research projects in immunotherapy, where the major goal is to design and evaluate next-generation genetically-modified human T cells as therapeutic agents in cancer and other diseases.
Maintaining all data generated in a laboratory notebook.
Analyzing data through a variety of computer programs (Excel, Prism, FlowJo).
Assisting in preparing and editing manuscripts from data generated in research projects.
Processing and culturing of human blood samples.
Become proficient in molecular biology and immunology techniques (cloning, PCR, western blot, cell culture, flow cytometry)
Must be able to commit to a minimum of two years.
TBD plus mentorship and preparation for medical or graduate school will be provided.
