Position Description
The Center for OCD and Related Disorders, directed by Dr. H. Blair Simpson, is seeking a full-time research coordinator. This position is ideal for someone interested in translating science into new treatments for patients with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders and who is considering applying to either medical or graduate school.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping to run clinical research studies under the supervision of Dr. Simpson and her team
- Helping with participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, clinical assessments, neurocognitive testing, brain imaging procedures, data management, IRB procedures, grant applications, and/or manuscript preparation
Position Requirements:
- Preferred BA or BS in biology, psychology, or another related field
- Prior research experience a plus
- A working knowledge of data management software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, RedCAP) a plus
Time Commitment
Full-time, with a two-year commitment, starting in June 2022
