Position Description
Judith W. Schwartz, MD is seeking a Medical Assistant.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the physician with gynecological procedures
- Setting up patients prior to exams ( height, weight, blood pressure)
- Drawing blood
- Processing laboratory specimens
- Filing charts
- Scheduling appointments and answering the phones
Position Requirements
- Good work ethic
- Responsible
- Good phone and people skills
- Ability to take blood pressure and draw blood a plus (training available)
Time Commitment
35 hours per week, two-year commitment
Compensation
$18 per hour
