Position Description
The New York Cosmetic Skin Laser Surgery Center is seeking a medical assistant to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate who is interested in medicine or other fields in healthcare to get a bird's eye view of what it is like to be a doctor on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Getting patient's medical history
- Assisting in procedures and surgeries
- Writing a chapter for an upcoming medical book
Position Requirements
- Must have a minimum GPA 3.3
Time Commitment
30 - 40 hours per week, with a minimum two-year commitment. The position requires travel two days a week to our office in Long Island and three days a week in Manhattan.
