Position Title

Clinical Research Coordinator

Position Description

The Center for Women’s Mental Health at Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support research focused on psychiatric disorders associated with female reproductive health.

The Center conducts clinical and research work related to psychiatric medication use during pregnancy, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, premenstrual syndrome, menopause-related mood disorders, sleep disturbances, and other mental health concerns affecting women. Research coordinators work closely with principal investigators and clinical teams to implement research studies and contribute to ongoing projects within the program.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating the implementation of assigned clinical research studies
  2. Working with principal investigators and research staff to manage 1–2 active research projects
  3. Assisting with research participant coordination and study procedures
  4. Participating in weekly research team meetings to review study progress
  5. Attending clinical case review meetings with research and clinical staff
  6. Supporting research operations within a collaborative interdisciplinary team

Position Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree required
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills
  3. Interest in clinical research and women’s mental health

Time Commitment

Full-time

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM workday (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
