Position Description
The Department of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is looking for a student to fill a full-time research position at the Seaver Autism Center for Research and Treatment.
Responsibilities include:
- Making phone calls with patients/families/clinicians
- Seeking participation
- Scheduling patients
- Entering, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Maintaining studies
- Managing submissions to the Institutional Review Board
- Writing for grants
- Assisting with presentations/publications
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Have a strong background in psychology or neuroscience
- Have experience working with individuals with ASD and/or children with other challenges
Time Commitment
Full-time, with a minimum commitment of 1.5 years. This position would ideally start in November 2021.
