Position Description
The Yale Neurology Cerebrovascular Group is seeking a clinical research assistant for a one-year or two-year position starting June 2021.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting non-invasive patient neuromonitoring (such as brain ultrasounds) in the Neurosciences ICU and the Emergency Department, both during normal working hours and during periodic on-call shifts
- Screening and consenting patients, reviewing medical charts, and collecting outcomes data via telephone interviews
- Leading independent research projects and analyzing data, preparing abstracts and manuscripts, and presenting at conferences.
Position Requirements
- Previous research experience a plus
- Strong academic record a plus
Time Commitment
Full-time, starting in June 2021. 1-2 year minimum commitment.
