Position Description
The Ozark Dermatology Clinic in Fayetteville, Arkansas is seeking a clinical assistant.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating patients
- Answering phones
- Scribing for providers
- Assisting providers in MOHS and other surgeries/procedures
- Cleaning and preparing rooms at the beginning and end of the day
- Obtaining patients' chief complaints and medical histories
- Assisting physicians, PA’s and NP’s during patient examination
- Assisting with surgical procedures
- Suturing removal and medical dressings
- Completing paperwork for laboratories
- Notifying patients with pathology and/or laboratory results
- Educating patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Stocking exam/surgical rooms
- Performing prior authorization for medications
Position Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree a plus
- At least one year of experience a plus
Time Commitment
Full-time, with a one-year commitment
Compensation
$12 per hour plus bonuses
