Position Description
Columbia University Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, has positions available for highly motivated volunteer research assistants to work in current pediatric studies. Efforts will be made to match research assistants with projects according to preference, but will depend upon availability and schedule.
Responsibilities Include
- Reviewing and managing charts and databases
- Preparing and processing samples
- Performing clinical research projects with direct patient contact
Position Requirements
- Research experience, a plus
- Must be a postbac or graduate student who can commit at least two semesters and a full summer
Time Commitment
Part-time,15 hours per week.
