Position Description
The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is recruiting a volunteer research assistant for clinical neuroscience, psychology and disordered eating research in the Department of Psychology. Co-authorship of abstracts, posters and peer-reviewed journal publications is encouraged.
Responsibilities include:

Coordinating clinical research schedules developing research documents eg Excel docs, maintaining regulatory documents and databases

Screening and consenting patients, collecting biosamples, performing behavioral assessments, and collecting outcomes data via telephone.

Ongoing clinical research projects, including data collection and analysis, grant writing, abstract and manuscript preparation.
Position Requirements:
Time Commitment
Part-time, 8 - 10 hours a week, except during exam periods; with a minimum commitment of two semesters.
