Position Description
Massachusetts General Hospital Center for Women's Mental Health is seeking a research coordinator to assist in and implement active research projects related to the evaluation and treatment of psychiatric disorders associated with female reproductive function. The research coordinator will work under the guidance of the principal investigator(s) and the supervision of the senior research coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research visits with study patients and study clinicians
  • Managing the recruitment, screening and enrollment of research patients
  • Administering psychiatric assessments
  • Preparing phlebotomy and specimen (a phlebotomy course is offered at MGH)
  • Collecting and entering data
  • Managing the database
  • Preparing and submitting research protocols to the IRB
  • Ensuring compliance with the Partners IRB and other federal and institutional guidelines
  • Participating in periodic special projects, such as a grant submission or a journal article submission

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • At least one year of research experience, paid or un-paid, is a plus
  • Data management and analysis knowledge is a plus
  • Relocation to Boston (hybrid work model)

Time Commitment
Full-time. A two-year commitment is a plus.

Compensation
$43,680 per year, benefits are available.
