Position Description
The Program for Anxiety and Traumatic Stress Studies at Weil Medical College of Cornell University is seeking an intern to assist with the conducting a number of clinical research studies involving posttraumatic stress disorder in the general population and for occupations at risk, such as police, firefighters, and other disaster workers. Additionally, there are research studies and clinical services for active duty and veteran service members who served in any service era and military background, including the National Guard and Reserves, active and reserve personnel and their loved ones.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing literature reviews on various psychology topics as needed
  • Assisting with outreach and subject recruitment 
  • Assisting with data management 
  • Completing routine paperwork including filing, copying, ordering, and supplies
  • Helping prepare materials for recruitment, grant reports and applications, and publications as needed 

Position Requirements

  • Must have good interpersonal skills

Time Commitment 
10-15 hours per week, flexible between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday- Friday
