Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Department of Surgery is seeking surgical scholars for its newly-launched competitive program designed to provide research experience for post-baccalaureate or glide year students interested in pursuing an academic career in medicine.
Collecting clinical data for databases
Performing literature searches related to research projects
Assisting in the preparation of research findings for posters, abstracts and manuscripts
Completing at least one independent project that is developed in collaboration with the faculty mentor and submitted for presentation at a national meeting
Full-time, with a one-year commitment (tentatively from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024)
