Position Description
The HSS Research Institute at the Hospital for Special Surgery is seeking a student to work as a researcher in the laboratory of Theresa T. Lu MD, PhD. The postbaccalaureate researcher's main focus will be to conduct research on the role of immune cells in regulating skin, lymph nodes, and the musculoskeletal system in the context of autoimmune diseases such as lupus, inflammatory arthritis, and scleroderma.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting research
- Upkeeping the laboratory
- Participating in academic activities such as attending scientific seminars and presenting their work

$47,000 a year
