Position Description
The CUIMC Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Research Technician position to join their team in the Gatrell Laboratory.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing immunogenomic data and tissue from pediatric brain tumors and other solid tumors
• Performing image analysis of the TIME evaluating location and phenotype of immune cells in and around the tumor to identify patterns that determine clinical outcome
• Using state of the art immunogenomic and digital pathology methods
• Evaluate the use of radiation and immunotherapy in mouse models

• Creating and executing your own project

Position Requirements

• Prior laboratory experience is a plus
• Familiarity with computer programming is a plus

Time Commitment
Full time with a two year commitment preferred.
