Position Description
Galileo is a rapidly growing health startup that combines intuitive design and clinical expertise to deliver affordable, quality care for all. They are seeking a contractor to serve as a patient engagement associate. The acquisition and engagement specialist is responsible for new patient outreach and for building the foundation that supports strong patient-care team relationships. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Fostering connections and trust with new patients via phone, demonstrating Galileo’s values and approach by listening carefully to patients’ needs and identifying areas where our care teams can support
• Leveraging a range of creative solutions, problem solving, and resourcefulness to find and reach patients who will benefit from Galileo's high-touch care model
• Collaborating closely with our care teams to ensure all patients have a high-touch, cohesive onboarding experience, and are quickly and effectively brought into the fold

Position Requirements

• Strong conviction around Galileo’s mission of providing high quality, robust healthcare to patients who need it most

• Interest or background in data/analytics/Excel a plus 

Time Commitment
Part-time, flexible scheduling between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

Compensation
$25 per hour
