Position Description
Familyhealth Associates is an integrated multidisciplinary private practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of attention, behavior, mood and learning disorders. Familyhealth Associates uses an integrated approach to treating children, adolescents and adults. The program provides coordinated evaluation and care to foster an individual's achievement, growth and self-esteem.
They are seeking a full-time patient care coordinator. The ideal candidate is professional, polished, and can remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities Include
- Greeting patients
- Engaging with patients in person, via phone and email
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing prescriptions
- Writing letters
- Filings and other office duties
Position Requirements
- Must have a bachelors degree
- Prior experience in a medical office setting, a plus
Time Commitment
Full-time, Monday and Tuesday from 2:30 - 6 p.m. with the potential for additional days
Compensation
$17 per hour
