Position Description
The Department of Surgery’s Gynecology Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking an individual to join their team in a remote/hybrid clinical research coordinator position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting, abstracting, and entering data for research projects, databases and/or protocols (clinical trial) including reviewing patient charts, existing databases, and other sources within a specified timeframe
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the life of the study.
  • Collaborating with team members and individuals across MSK regarding data input
  • Generating data reports and deliver to all necessary parties on the progress of research project, database or protocol
  • Ensuring all appropriate Institutional, State, and Federal regulations are followed throughout the study, and complete all regulatory documentation to ensure that research protocols are approved by Institutional Review Board
  • Providing clerical and administrative support, such as filing and scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
  • Designing and/or enhancing databases, data forms and tools (e.g. patient/human subject calendars, schedules, tracking logs) to facilitate patient consent and specimen collection as needed for assigned research projects
  • Coordinating clinical research protocols and serve as the main point of contact, if applicable

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus

Time Commitment
Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9–5 p.m.), with a minimum commitment of two years

Compensation
$25.18 to $37.75 per hour
