Position Description
The Tisch Cancer Institute is seeking an associate researcher.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in a diverse array of routine laboratory activities, with a core focus on: (1) cell culture and molecular and biochemical and cellular analysis of such cultures using flow cytometry, RT-PCR, and other approaches
- Handling of laboratory mice, genotyping, and tracking of mouse colonies
- Aiding in general lab organization, re-stocking common reagents and solutions and maintaining lab databases
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of the biomedical sciences
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a research lab
Time Commitment
Full-time, with a two-year commitment
