Apply to Attend the Obama Foundation Democracy Forum

Location: Javits Center, 655 West 34th Street

Columbia University is partnering with the Obama Foundation and the University of Chicago to convene the Democracy Forum, which will touch further on themes that President Obama laid out in a recent speech at the Copenhagen Democracy Summit, including the importance of pluralism, inclusive capitalism, a healthy information environment, and building trust in institutions through making government work for its citizens.

Selected students will be contacted directly by the Obama Foundation with an invitation and details about the event, and will be required to complete a formal registration process confirming their attendance.
