GS ACADEMIC RESOURCE CENTER
The Academic Resource Center (ARC) provides a variety of support services to GS students. In addition to individual tutoring in a variety of subject areas, the ARC offers workshops designed to improve students' learning strategies.
TUTORING
Tutoring is available for a variety of subject areas
throughout the fall, spring and summer semesters. PLACEMENT TESTS
The Academic Resource Center (ARC) provides a variety of support services to GS students. In addition to individual tutoring in a variety of subject areas, the ARC offers workshops designed to improve students' learning strategies. Quantitative Reasoning, Chemistry, and Math Placement Exams are offered at convenient times at the beginning of each semester and throughout the summer.
ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATIONS
The ARC also provides customized one-on-one consultations to assist students with various academic concerns. When necessary the ARC will provide referrals to other support services throughout the University. All services are provided free of charge.
